Ric receives a great deal of satisfaction from working with people to break free from their blocks or reach their dreams and full potential. He thrives at the challenge and variety, enjoy every moment of it and savours every result. 
 
Working as a successful Computer Consultant for more than 20 years, he too resisted change because it was easier and more comfortable to stay the way he was. He managed to break out of the rut, with the support of his Life Coach to start the exciting journey of helping others achieve their dreams. He began his journey of self discovery by studying Neuro Linguistic Programming mid 1994. He trained and qualified with the world renowned Life Coach Curly Martin, author of "The Life Coaching Handbook".  The Life Coaching Handbook was the #1 Best Seller 2004-2007.  Training in EFT with Mary LR Jones in 2003 and also later to Trainer level with EFT Master Tania Prince was key in his development.
 
Ric carries out EFT training in Ipswich and Bournemouth and also around the country on request. Ric is the Course Director for Achievement Specialists a world class training provider.

Ric has one son Paul, two daughters Rachel and Danielle and lives in Ipswich Suffolk with his wife Jane.
